This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how our Dini Live operating entities ("Dini Live", "We", "We" or "Our") collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information that interacts with each website, mobile website, application, marketing activity, event, email, newsletter, and other online or offline activities, offerings, or publications (collectively, "Services") that link or reference this Policy. This policy also describes the rights you may have under applicable local laws regarding the processing of your personal information by us.

Your use of the service and any privacy related disputes are subject to this policy and our user agreement, including applicable liability limitations and dispute resolution. Clipboard permission: Used to copy user IDs and for use in share invitation scenarios. The clipboard is only accessed in the aforementioned scenarios and no irrelevant information is collected.
Photo album access: Used to send photos during chats and upload photos when posting status updates. This permission requires active action and does not automatically access or upload content from the device's photo album.
Audio recording permission: Used to record audio during video chats or private chats. This permission is only available when the audio feature is enabled. Recording is prohibited without authorization.
Camera permission: Used to record video during video chats. This permission is only available when the camera feature is enabled. Recording is prohibited without authorization.
Bluetooth permission: To support Bluetooth headset calls, devices running Android 12 and below temporarily require location permission to assist in discovering Bluetooth devices (this is a system technical limitation). This permission is only used for pairing Bluetooth devices and does not collect or upload your location information.
Push notification permission: Used to send you message reminders, event notifications, and other service-related content. You can disable this permission in your device settings.
App detection permissions: To enable sharing, the device will detect whether the "WhatsApp" app is installed. To enable payment, the device will detect whether the "com.android.vending" (i.e., the Google Play Store) app is installed.
App detection is only used to verify the installation status of the corresponding apps to ensure that sharing and payment functions are enabled. It does not access any data or information from these apps (including but not limited to account information, usage history, cached content, etc.). Permissions are strictly used based on necessity.
Identifiers, such as your name, signature, postal address, postal code, email address, phone number, unique online identifier, IP address, user ID, device ID, or similar identifiers.
Classification features protected under applicable law, such as your gender, age (18 years and above), marital status, nationality, and country of origin.
Business information, such as your purchase, registration, login, and service usage history.

Tracking technology. In addition to local device storage, we and/or our third-party business partners may use network beacons, network errors, Internet or pixel tags, transparent GIFs, digital fingerprints (also known as "machine identification") and similar technologies (collectively referred to as local device storage, "tracking technology") on the service, including our communication with you, such as email and short messages, push notifications within applications, videos, and the entire process of your use of the service.
